PLAYER AGREEMENT/INJURY WAIVER
I have read and do understand, and hereby will follow, all of the rules and regulations for the NWO Knights Semi-Pro Football Organization. I will uphold and respect the NWO Knights coaches, staff, owners, and the facilities in which I play as well as the opposing team’s coaches, staff, and owners. I know that by being considered by the NWO Knights organization that I attest that I am physically fit to play semi-pro football and understand that I am playing at my own risk and responsibility. I understand that semi-pro football is a contact sport which could result in injury, dismemberment, death, or other crippling injuries and disabilities. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and for obtaining my own disability or insurance coverage. I also understand that if I am harmed or injured in any way at a NWO Knights event that I will remove myself from any participation and bring such to the attention of an official or NWO Knights staff member. I do not hold responsible and find each person of the NWO Knights organization harmless from any damages, claims, or lawsuits from any accidents that could occur during any practice, game, or transportation to and from a NWO Knights event. I understand that I do not receive any payment for being a part of the NWO Knights team and that this is a non-profit organization.
Team Rules & Regulations for 2010
1.All players are responsible for obtaining their own equipment.2.Once a player has signed his contract he must not be found at another Minor Pro football team's camp. If caught, there will be a $50 fine. 3.All coaches and players are expected to be professional whenever representing the KNIGHTS organization. Whether during a contest or working in the community. 4.All players are expected to respect the coaching staff of the KNIGHTS and all coaching staffs of teams we play. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine for the first offense. Player will be released after a 2nd offense. 5.All players are expected to have their team dues paid in full by April 1st, 2010. Players will not be allowed to participate at any games. 6.There will be no payment plans made in advance for any player. You will have until April 1st to pay your full team fees. Each player will be responsible for saving and paying their own money. 7.All players are expected to show up to practice with all needed gear to participate in practice activities. Due to work schedules and conflicts of interest we are very lenient, but need to be made aware of your absence ahead of time. All players are required to call if they are not going to make it to practice. 8.The KNIGHTS have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY and all players are prohibited from fighting whether at the practice facility or at a game. IMMEDIATE RELEASE from the team will be given and no dues will be returned.9.Players are expected to attend all players meetings. 10. Players are prohibited from bringing, using, or selling drugs, alcohol, or firearms to the practice facility, or game facility. IMMEDIATE RELEASE from the team will be given and no dues will be returned. *All fines issued to players must be paid in full before player is allowed back on the team*All team rules and regulations are subject to change at management’s discretionI have read through all of the rules and regulations, as well as the player agreement and injury waiver.
