Derek has been in the medical service for many years.  He has also been on a local fire department for the past 13 years.  He has been providing medical services for semi-pro football teams for the last 2 years and this will be his 3rd year.   

Derek resides in Toledo, OH.  He is married to Marlene.  They have two beautiful daughters: Courtney (17) and Mallory (16).  He has been working for Anne Grady for the last 20 years and has many years experience in the sport of football.
